Technical help: The video is available in two formats, a large Windows Media file (.wmv) and a smaller QuickTime file (.mov). If you don't have one already, you will need a free video player such as Windows Media Player, QuickTime or some other application that can handle the file you choose to download.

To watch the video, just click the link above that corresponds to the size and type of file you prefer to watch. Your computer should launch an appropriate player (provided you have one installed). Or, you can download the file of your choice to your hard drive, then play it back directly from your machine. Windows users can simply right-click the link and select Save Target As ... to begin downloading the complete file. (Mac users should e-mail Paul for help. Ha!)
